Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Executing, managing, and directing all facets of construction management and procurement processes for assigned projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Managing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Leading and coordinating project teams, including subcontractors and consultants.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measures.
  • Developing and maintaining successful client relationships for repeat business.
  • Communicating directly with company management, contractors, and designers regarding project scope, costs, staffing, and scheduling.

Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects and possess strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite is required.
