Role Overview –
The Billing Operations Analyst will be tasked with the evaluation and management of both standard and intricate billing inquiries from clients across various segments, including Small, Middle, and Key & Large groups. This role involves the setup and upkeep of billing systems for group customers, alongside assisting with month-end financial processes.
Key Qualifications –
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel (contract agency testing is preferred).
• Strong capability to analyze data and generate precise reports.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Additional Qualifications –
• Experience in customer-focused environments.
• Background in billing, accounting, or related office management roles.
• Strong financial literacy and acumen.
• Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to operate independently in a multifaceted environment.
Preferred Qualifications –
• Experience in conducting variance analysis and performing account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with reviewing and preparing financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience in bridging IT and business functions.
Educational Background –
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
