HRIS Implementation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the technical side of the implementation and support for clients
* Collaborate with HR consultants to foster client relationships and recommend HR best practices
* Work with clients to automate their processes and systems within isolved
**Requirements:**
* Strong computer skills for working daily in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office products
* Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients
* Strong organization, project management, and time management skills to execute projects with quality and within deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, or another related field or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in software implementation or as an administrator in HRIS/HCM suite software
