Job Overview

The Workforce Solutions team specializes in delivering comprehensive HR consulting, recruitment, and technology services tailored for business owners and HR professionals. Our mission is to assist organizations in executing their HR strategies effectively, covering all aspects from compliance to talent acquisition.

Daily Responsibilities:

The HRIS Specialist will serve as the team's expert in isolved HCM, overseeing the implementation and providing ongoing system support for clients utilizing the isolved HR modules such as Attract & Hire, Learn & Grow, and Share & Perform. Collaborating closely with our partner company, Payroll Solutions, which offers payroll and core HR services, this role will be pivotal in guiding clients through the integration of additional HR modules within the isolved HCM suite. The specialist will manage the technical implementation aspects while the HR consultants focus on nurturing client relationships and recommending best practices for automating HR processes.

This position is based in our office, but we are open to flexible working arrangements for candidates with relevant experience in isolved product implementations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support clients during implementation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities to ensure quality project execution within deadlines.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a software implementation role or as an administrator in HRIS/HCM software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with isolved software is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in human resources or consulting roles is a plus.
