Job Overview

Daily Responsibilities:

The HRIS Specialist will serve as the primary expert on isolved HCM, leading the implementation process and providing ongoing system support for clients utilizing the isolved HR modules such as Attract & Hire, Learn & Grow, and Share & Perform. Collaborating with our sister company, Payroll Solutions, which specializes in payroll and core HR implementation, the WFS team will step in to assist clients in enhancing their HR capabilities through the isolved HCM suite. This position focuses on the technical aspects of implementation and support, while HR consultants maintain client relationships and recommend best practices for automating HR processes.

This role is based in our office and offers flexibility for candidates with relevant experience in isolved product implementation, allowing for remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements. The position presents significant opportunities for career advancement within the Workforce Solutions affiliate.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction during product implementation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities to ensure high-quality project execution within deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a software implementation role or as an administrator in HRIS/HCM software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with isolved software is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in human resources or consulting roles is a plus.
