Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical part in shaping our sales strategy, identifying new opportunities, and building strong partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Conduct thorough market research, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity to inform our business development strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, to develop and execute sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, tracking progress toward goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the HR technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
