Key Responsibilities:- Complete psychiatric assessments and provide crisis counseling to patients in the PES
- Implement treatment planning and identify appropriate resources for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community resources
- Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Current MA licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW
- Minimum of two years post-Masters degree experience with acute psychiatric population
- Certifications and physical skills as required
