Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in the Psychiatric Emergency Service (PES). As a vital member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will work closely with nurses, physician assistants, and physicians in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete psychiatric assessments and provide crisis counseling to patients in the PES
  • Implement treatment planning and identify appropriate resources for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community resources
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
  • Current MA licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW
  • Minimum of two years post-Masters degree experience with acute psychiatric population
  • Certifications and physical skills as required
