About the Role

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician IV to join our team. As a key member of our Treatment & Reentry Division, you will be responsible for providing quality counseling, case management, and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based and promising practices to meet the needs of our clients
  • Document treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective behavioral health services
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in the Mental Health field, with curriculum specifically related to counseling and psychology
  • Up-to-date clinical MH licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW, LICSW)
  • Ability to pass and maintain security clearances as required by employment setting
