ISUDT Marriage and Family Therapist Specialist

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to join our team at ISUDT. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential services to patients, including assessments, clinical interventions, and counseling.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based clinical interventions, including counseling and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and coordination of care.
- Deliver education and counseling services to patients and their families, focusing on life skills development and substance use disorder management.
- Administer Cognitive Behavior Therapy to individuals with substance use disorders, promoting behavior modification and positive outcomes.
- Conduct assessments for patients preparing for release, ensuring they receive necessary support and resources.
- Document patient progress, contributing to treatment and care plans, and making recommendations to care teams as needed.
- Valid and active California Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
- At least 12 consecutive months of performing similar services within the last 3 years.
- Must have the required certificates relevant to the assigned specialized area.
