Nurse Assessment Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and care plans for residents
- Collaborate with care givers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective resident care
- Manage and maintain accurate records of resident information
- Conduct PPS meetings and monitor Medicare days and RUGs utilization
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
- Experience as an MDS Nurse (preferred)
