Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Primary Health Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including health centers and school-based programs.
- Evaluate and treat patients, making decisions in collaboration with staff physicians.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on continuity of care.
- Participate in training programs for nurse practitioner students as needed.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an approved program.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with underserved populations and community-based programs.
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:
