Position Overview

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence by evaluating target companies' financial records, performance indicators, market conditions, and associated risks;
  • Identifying and analyzing financial risks linked to prospective transactions, including the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance, cash flow assessments, debt configurations, and potential contingencies;
  • Engaging with management teams of target companies and client representatives;
  • Drafting due diligence reports that encapsulate critical findings, risks, and recommendations to aid clients in their decision-making processes;
  • Overseeing, mentoring, and assessing the performance of Seniors, Associates, and Interns;
  • Participating in formal training related to Transaction Advisory Services, receiving on-the-job training, direct feedback from industry experts, and the chance to pursue further training through both internal and external avenues.
Qualifications
  • Essential Knowledge and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred;
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential;
    • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm, including at least 3 years focused on financial due diligence;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and derive meaningful insights;
    • Familiarity with M&A markets, encompassing corporate, private equity, and investment banking;
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a natural aptitude for facilitation;
    • Proficiency in technology, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or other analytical software.
