Quality Improvement Director Opportunity

Jordan Health, a leading Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing population health expertise and leadership in the collection and analysis of data to optimize clinical quality, patient safety, and fiscal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as nursing or public health.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a quality improvement or related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, staff, and external partners.
