- Experience: Proven experience in sub-acute care, primary care, or geriatric medicine, with previous SNF or hospital-based medical director experience preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to Quality: Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
