Job Title: Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of software applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development.
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Java software development and DevOps methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven experience with Docker or Podman, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Ansible
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with CI Poly
