Job Summary:The Circuit Court Analyst will provide support to the circuit courts of Virginia, including telephone and email support, conducting training, testing software changes and enhancements, and completing documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerk's office procedures, organizational management techniques, written communication and presentation skills, course development and training, and ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the Judiciary and other governmental agencies.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to the circuit courts of Virginia
- Conduct training and testing of software changes and enhancements
- Complete documentation and reports
- Interact with all levels of personnel within the Judiciary and other governmental agencies
- Experience in clerk's office procedures
- Organizational management techniques
- Written communication and presentation skills
- Course development and training
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the Judiciary and other governmental agencies
- Prior experience in a circuit court clerk's office
- Knowledge of case, records and financial management, along with associated automated systems
- Knowledge of land recordation, probate and estate administration, civil and criminal case processing, and services to the public
