Circuit Court Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Circuit Court Analyst to provide support to the circuit courts of this Commonwealth. This position is an hourly wage position for approximately 29.5 hours of work per week, with no benefits provided.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide telephone and e-mail support, conduct training, test software changes and enhancements, and complete documentation. They will also assist with administrative, procedural, management, and information technology tasks to support the Department of Judicial Services.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have competence in clerk's office procedures, organizational management techniques, written communication and presentation skills, course development and training, and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the Judiciary and other governmental agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a circuit court, general district, or juvenile and domestic relations district court clerk's office is preferred. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of case, records, and financial management, along with associated automated systems, land recordation, probate and estate administration, civil and criminal case processing, services to the public, and PC systems.
Additional Information:
The position requires occasional travel throughout the Commonwealth and may involve remote work. The successful candidate will be required to reside in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
