Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and customer portals.
  • Process customer orders and revisions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service issues, including generating return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and return shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to meet target ship dates and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Prepare reports, communications, and order documents as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of customer service experience in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
