Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Overnight Shift at Planet Fitness Brookfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
- Create a positive member experience by greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating needed updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Close shift for that business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
Requirements
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
