We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to fill a key role at SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
