Parts Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Equipment, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products and services to meet customer needs.
- Supply Service Technicians with parts, as required.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in the proper inventory locations.
- Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
- Follow up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
- Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
Requirements:
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills.
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Fork lift license preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Noise Levels: Medium to High.
- Weight Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Mobility: Squatting, bending, climbing, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting and repetitive keyboarding for long durations of time.
- Visual: Working with PC, online content, manuals and close detailed work.
- Work Environment: Exposure to extreme weather, fumes, airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.
- Dexterity: Ability to grasp and manipulate tools, equipment and machines.
