Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Coeur Holdings. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our innovative wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and assist them with our wellness services
- Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
- Onboard new clients, completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
- Engage and build care plans and recommendations to help clients on their health journey
- Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
- Educate clients on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Daily store operations, maintaining store cleanliness, customer lead outreach, community outreach, organizing store events, and assisting in social media outreach
Requirements:
- Passion for health and wellness
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work weekends without issue
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
