The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) plays a pivotal role in establishing the strategic framework for Program and Project Management Governance at Citigroup. This includes the formulation and oversight of adherence to the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards. Within this governance structure, the Enterprise Process Quality Assurance (EPQA) task force provides senior leadership with an objective evaluation of the quality of program and project processes and their associated deliverables.

As a key member of the EPQA team, you will leverage your extensive expertise to contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and enhance processes and workflows within the organization. This role demands strong analytical capabilities to effectively filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from diverse sources. Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain standardized processes and tools for effective reporting, collaboration, and communication.
  • Lead initiatives for ad hoc data collection, analysis, or ongoing management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal governance leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the organizational PMO information flow.
  • Engage in PMO meetings as necessary, presenting insights at Full Team meetings, Function PMO Lead Meetings, and Q&A sessions as required.
  • Deliver clear and concise reporting and analysis; prepare presentation materials utilizing executive communication techniques.
  • Foster relationships with CPMC personnel, task forces, and the PM Tool team, assisting with tool implementation and ongoing updates.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of PM Procedures and conduct independent assessments of work efforts or processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the PM Community, clearly articulating the characteristics of effective, compliant, and purpose-fit artifacts.
  • Communicate any process changes to the team and provide necessary support.
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate training sessions to uphold quality standards.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by regularly collecting and analyzing data from PM tools and templates.
  • Support audit requests from Internal or External Audit teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years in the Financial Services or IT sector, including at least 5 years in Project Management and Quality Assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating both direct and virtual teams, with the ability to collaborate across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Quality Assurance Certification.
