The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) plays a pivotal role in defining the strategic framework for Program and Project Management Governance at Citi. This is achieved through the establishment and oversight of adherence to the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards. The Governance & Standards segment of the CPMC delineates the essential criteria for these policies and standards. Within this segment, the Enterprise Process Quality Assurance (EPQA) task force offers senior management an objective evaluation of the quality of Program and Project processes and their related outputs.

As an EPQA **Program Manager**, you will leverage extensive disciplinary expertise to contribute to the formulation of innovative methodologies and the enhancement of processes and workflows within your domain. Strong analytical capabilities are essential to effectively filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic information from diverse sources. Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills are also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Establish uniform processes and tools for effective reporting, collaboration, and communication.

+ Spearhead initiatives for ad hoc data collection, analysis, or routine management processes to ensure ongoing activities are executed efficiently.

+ Cultivate strong working relationships with heads of internal governance functions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Org PMO information flow and the ability to advocate for necessary changes to Org PMO processes.

+ Actively participate in Org PMO meetings as needed, presenting at Full Team meetings, Function PMO Lead Meetings, and Q&A sessions when required.

+ Deliver clear and concise reporting and analysis; prepare presentation materials utilizing executive messaging techniques.

+ Build relationships with CPMC personnel, taskforces, and the PM Tool team, assisting with tool deployment and ongoing functionality enhancements.

+ Possess a thorough understanding of the PM Procedure and the capability to conduct independent assessments of work efforts or processes.

+ Provide an independent, critical perspective to the PM Community, clearly articulating what constitutes effective, compliant, or fit-for-purpose artifacts.

+ Communicate any process changes to the team and provide necessary support.

+ Identify training requirements and coordinate training initiatives to uphold quality standards.

+ Facilitate proactive solutions by systematically collecting and analyzing data from PM tools and templates.

+ Assist with audit requests from Internal or External Audit teams.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years in the Financial Services/IT sector, including at least 5 years in Project Management and Quality Assurance.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

+ Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

+ Proven experience in leading and motivating both direct and virtual teams, including collaboration across different time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ PMP Certification.

+ Quality Assurance Certification.
