Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Autonomous Vehicle Program team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies to advance the adoption of autonomous vehicles in our transportation network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of autonomous vehicle initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of necessary planning, engineering, technical systems, integrator, and financial advisory consultant services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the autonomous vehicle industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred, with prior senior management experience demonstrating sound knowledge of transportation systems, engineering, and construction programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
