Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Locksmith Specialist will undertake various tasks, including:

  • Executing emergency service requests for commercial clients.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial locking mechanisms.
  • Experience with safes, video surveillance, and door installations is highly advantageous.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining access control systems.
  • Developing and managing master key systems.
  • Re-keying and pinning commercial locks.
  • Troubleshooting diverse situations effectively.
  • Maintaining, adjusting, and servicing equipment.
  • Cutting keys according to specifications.
Operational Support:
  • Receiving instructions from management or clients.
  • Completing small projects as assigned by management.
  • Accurately completing and submitting necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in locksmithing, access control, and related trades.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse clientele.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in safe ladder operations.
  • Compliance with company vehicle policies.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service promptly.
  • Effective communication with clients to ascertain their needs.
  • Responding to general inquiries from clients.
Physical Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
  • Capability to kneel, crouch, and stoop.
  • Reaching above and below shoulder height.
  • Manual dexterity for grasping, twisting, and pulling.
  • Climbing ladders and working at heights.
