Photolithography Support Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Photolithography Support Engineer to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the research and development efforts of the department by performing Photolithography processing in the RF Components Development Fab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the research and development efforts of the department by performing Photolithography processing in the RF Components Development Fab.
- Coordinate with the Production Photolithography Workcenter or R&D Project Managers to execute on experiments related to new process development.
- Support overhead projects for the growth and sustainment of the Development Fab.
- Obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Associate's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years' of prior work experience or a minimum 5 years' of prior work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with semiconductor device processing, including Photolithography.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience with semiconductor process integration.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab, R, SPSS, MATLAB, etc).
- The ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate data and observations generated during processing.
- Ability to maintain process documentation.
