Test Validation Engineer

At RTX, we're committed to helping our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. As a Test Validation Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
This position involves working on the production floor of the RF Head Factory, where you'll support test engineers and troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware. You'll analyze systemic production failures, train test operators, and maintain and improve production test procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting failures on microelectronic RF modules using data analysis and visual inspection
- Working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing
- Maintaining and improving production test procedures
- Reviewing and commenting on all production procedures maintained across the production floor
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You'll need strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
