Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at TransMedics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems to support the production of our Organ Care System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to ensure high-quality products and efficient production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and quality-related issues
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve product quality
  • Provide technical expertise and support to production staff
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including manufacturing instructions, inspection procedures, and test protocols
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in an FDA/ISO regulated Medical Device/Medical Equipment Industry
  • Proven track record of leading process development and implementation
  • Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Education:

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
