Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Manage and train staff to ensure they meet the high standards of Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to coach staff to hit restaurant targets.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Demonstrates financial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements.
