Job Overview

The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Wardrobe Specialist at ST JOHN KNITS INC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work varied hours, including nights, days, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing personalized service to clients, have a strong understanding of luxury fashion, and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the Wardrobe Specialist with sales-related tasks, such as securing merchandise, replenishing stock, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions-oriented support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, paperwork, and inventory management, in accordance with company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
