PacSun Job Description

As a Sales Professional at PacSun, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends. You will work closely with the leadership team to execute initiatives and tasks, maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere in the store.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends, as well as effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $19.36 - $22.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER CENTRIC
  • Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
  • Focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
  • Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to 'solve for yes' and partnering with the leadership when dealing with escalated issues.


RESULT DRIVEN

  • Support the leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals.
