- Establish and maintain the highest standards of technical capability, quality, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Provide and support engineering and process guidance, training, and create documentation.
- Prepare and review engineering work products for technical documentation, quality, and completeness.
- Resolve complex problems through the application of acquired technical experience and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of product development engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or PhD in the same fields.
- Experience with requirements management and application of agile development methods.
- Familiarity with military qualification and/or FAA certification of airborne systems.
- 5+ years of product safety engineering experience.
- Knowledge of systems engineering, robust design tools, and techniques coupled with the latest model-centric development approaches.
