Job Title: Senior Control Systems Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team at Rolls-Royce. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing control systems for our flagship programs. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control system requirements and design work products for safety-critical applications * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers * Develop and communicate complex technical ideas and information in a concise and logical way * Work with a global engineering community to identify areas for collaboration and knowledge exchange Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering * 2+ years of product development engineering experience * Experience with requirements management * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Preferred Requirements: * 5+ years of product development engineering experience * Application of agile development methods to deliver engineering work products * Experience with military qualification and/or FAA certification of airborne systems * Demonstrated experience with control system design and analysis tools About Rolls-Royce: Rolls-Royce is a global leader in the aerospace industry, with a rich history of innovation and excellence.
