Role Responsibilities

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will deliver clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive exceptional care in a medical surgical setting. Our team is committed to supporting one another, and we are looking for a passionate individual who values patient care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for Med/Surg patients.
  • Educating patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including test results.
  • Administering medications as per physician directives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care environment is strongly preferred.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, commitment to service excellence, and effective communication abilities.
