We are in search of a Contract Compliance Manager (CCM) to oversee contract adherence for designated facility maintenance services while fostering relationships between City Wide and Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate will have the capability to assess client contracts and ensure that service expectations are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house staff by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving.
  • Evaluate the scope of work to ensure quality assurance for each account, aiming to retain existing business and attract new clients.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Facility Services Manager regarding any urgent issues, including nightly summaries.
  • Recommend IC work assignments, ensuring compliance with client standards and company protocols, and take necessary actions if service level agreements are not met.
  • Oversee inspections, address customer complaints, manage customer requests, and ensure VIP treatment is prioritized.
  • Implement City Wide's operational policies and procedures, including the New-Start Policy and Customer Complaint Policy.
  • Ensure adherence to client policies and procedures, as well as the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or custodial services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined are representative of the requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. This includes constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
