Technical Skills Trainer A&P

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Skills Trainer A&P to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a Technical Skills Trainer A&P, you will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical aircraft technical training to employees at all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical training to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Develop and implement training plans to support organizational business objectives.
- Provide support to local facilities, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with facility OJT program and repair station training manual guidelines.
- Instill values of personal accountability and integrity in trainees.
- Provide remedial training and teach troubleshooting techniques to lesser-experienced technicians.
- Stay up-to-date with repair station trends and identify priorities to ensure effective training.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5 years related maintenance experience and technical training.
- A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, IPCs, ASCs, CBs, CMP cards, engineering orders, and blueprints.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems during tests and perform systems and operational checks.
- Ability to conduct training on any shift and travel to all locations.
