As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet our high standards.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome, register, and check-in guests, providing them with keys and room numbers, and recording credit card information.
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, answering inquiries about guest needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs.
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties, ensuring hotel guest information is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
