Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
Use a positive and clear speaking voice to communicate with guests
Complete shift paperwork, reports, and end-of-shift cash closing procedures
Create guest reservations, complete guest registration, and apply charges and payments to guest folios

Requirements:

Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
Excellent customer service skills
Hotel experience is preferred, but not required
