Senior Influencer Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Executive to join our team at boohoo group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for heading up and managing our large roster of influencers, sourcing and recruiting new talent, and working to agreed KPIs and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with our existing influencer roster, ensuring they are aligned with our brand values and objectives.
- Sourcing and recruiting new influencers to join our team, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with the wider marketing team.
- Monitor and report on influencer performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider team to bring to life key objectives and goals within influencer marketing.
- Oversee celebrity attendance of US activations, including trips, concerts, and festivals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, feeding back to the team on new opportunities and challenges.
- Previous experience working in an influencer marketing role at executive level or higher.
- Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the influencer market and potential brand contacts.
- Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure deals and partnerships.
- Ability to act with pace and agility, juggling multiple streams of work and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Confident in reporting at a top-line level, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
