Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Lead a team of influencer marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key influencers, celebrities, and thought leaders to ensure their continued engagement and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the influencer marketing space and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and programs.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Deep expertise in managing influencer programs and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, including paid amplification and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with a broad set of social, media, and influencer analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
