The Mobile Deployment Technician will be responsible for deploying and configuring mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads, for our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects
  • Upgrade and configure devices, resolving any difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting
  • Work with Verizon to ensure seamless device deployment and support

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and provide limited leadership to others

  • Industry experience and knowledge of mobile device deployment and support
