As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our team, supporting the growth of our innovative products by creating tailored sales plans and driving their expansion. You will have the opportunity to effectively communicate the clinical benefits of CVRx devices to cardiologists, heart failure specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons, as well as educate and train clinicians, office, and hospital staff on proper product use.

We are looking for an independent, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in medical devices, healthcare, or a related field. You will be responsible for introducing our novel technology to the market, collaborating with key customer groups, and CVRx staff to achieve positive clinical outcomes for patients within a defined region or geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of tailored sales plans and drive the expansion of our products
  • Effectively communicate the product and clinical benefits of CVRx devices to cardiologists, heart failure specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons
  • Educate and train clinicians, office, and hospital staff on proper product use
  • Provide technical support during procedures and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients within a defined region or geography

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff
  • Ability to master concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market
  • Prior experience with sales or selling in some capacity

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
