About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to support our outside sales team working out of our Bronx location. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering incoming calls and managing sales inquiries.
  • Manage sales department records and file contracts.
  • Schedule appointments with customers and oversee the internal budget and commissions.
  • Perform internet research to identify potential sales leads and pitches.
  • Assist with preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.
  • Liaise with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Requirements
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in outside sales support administration or similar.
  • Experience with sales industry software like Salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
  • Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
  • Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of sales commissions.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
