About the Role:

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Premier Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll assist Relationship Managers with new account opening processes, provide sales support, and coordinate daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of client transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required information for new account openings
  • Provide sales support, including assistance with document preparation, research, report pulling, and follow-up communication with clients and prospects
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, including fund transfers, auto-payment account setup, stop payments, request cashier checks, and recognize and resolve account overdrafts
  • Deliver superior client service related to deposit and business loan services, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and following through to ensure timely and accurate resolution
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and related training with three years of customer service experience, or an associate's degree in a related field with two years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience in account opening, particularly for business entities and customer service
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge of general banking regulations, such as BSA, CIP, OFAC, etc.
  • Familiarity with new account opening processes and commercial account structures
  • Possess basic knowledge of loan operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, relating to internal and external clients and contacts
  • Ability to manage high-volume inquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong organization skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Possess math aptitude with ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts
  • Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
