Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 4-month or longer temporary assignment.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from participants and prescribers to start and process order requests. You will also research and investigate orders using PeopleSafe and LINKS, and notify requestors of decisions, changes, or other relevant information pertaining to requests or inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and plan sponsors to verify insurance coverage
  • Reverify Medicare Part D coverage as required
  • Research and verify correct member information
  • Provide resolution to questions and concerns regarding coverage and plans
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience involving interacting with others
  • 1+ years of MS Office experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
  • 1+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience
  • High School diploma or GED
