Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 4-month or longer temporary assignment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from participants and prescribers to start and process order requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and plan sponsors to verify insurance coverage
  • Reverify Medicare Part D coverage as required
  • Research and verify correct member information
  • Provide resolution to questions and concerns regarding coverage and plans
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience involving interacting with others
  • 1+ years of MS Office experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
  • 1+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience
  • High School diploma or GED
