Role Summary

Amazon Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Books Bulk Ordering & Gifting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in our wholesale book business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Order Evaluation and Execution: Analyze and optimize bulk order processes to ensure seamless execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement and Program Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with publishers and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a wholesale or business-to-business environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to assess performance drivers and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in relationship management within the technology or SaaS industries.
  • Skills in analyzing key performance metrics for client accounts and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
