We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Jeremy Hodge - Toyota of Ardmore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
